The Dr. Ruth Tan Lim Project Room will continue Beyond the Cel, but with an Arizona focus featuring local artists including Mike Maas, Matt Connelly, Dave Quan, and Roy Wasson Valle, an artist originally from Mexico. Visitors will experience what it is like to be in a cartoon setting and will be surrounded by two and three-dimensional landscaping and characters. These aspects of a comic atmosphere are playful and humorous, yet they showcase the true talent and originality of these artists.
