    Violetta leaves her life in Paris behind for an idyll in the country with her lover Alfredo. Like the camellia, the flower for which she is known, her dream is too fragile to survive. Sheri Greenawald, director of San Francisco Opera Center and famed 'Violetta,' will direct Verdi's masterpiece. Helpful Information: Sung in Italian with English surtitles.
