The museum will explore both the comic and serious sides of a special artist who kept the state in stitches. He is Jim Willoughby, whose cartoons graced Arizona Highways magazine for 15 years. In 'Willoughby’s West: A Tribute to Arizona’s Cowboy Cartoonist,' visitors will not only get a chance to see those cartoons, but also the sculptures and paintings that were Willoughby’s true passion.
