The current exhibit of artwork on display in the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre Art Gallery is by Mesa artist Richard McNatt. The exhibit will include a wide variety of original pieces including children's book illustrations. McNatt grew up in the Pacific Northwest and attended college in Oakland, CA. He worked as a graphic designer, cartoonist and illustrator for sixteen years in the San Francisco area. As a member of the San Francisco Society of illustrators, one of his illustrations was accepted into the Air Force Art Collection in Washington, DC. He has also provided art for The Walt Disney Studios and in conjunction with a Seattle author has illustrated a number of children's books.

    I am lucky to have several McNatt originals as well as several prints on my walls! Have enjoyed his art for many years!
