Come join us for light snacks and refreshments as local artist Lisa Harnish demonstrates the ancient pottery technique of Terra Sigillata. Lisa applies a fine layer of clay to the surface of a ceramic object and then carves her organic designs into this layer while it is still wet. This carving is called 'Sgraffito', Italian for 'scratched'.
