Volunteer Ushers Needed

Description: We’re looking for people who enjoy live theater and dance who are interested in volunteering their time to support the Arts. Our non-profit facility in downtown Phoenix contains three theaters, with up to 20 performances a week. After you’ve completed a facility tour and training, you’ll be eligible to usher any event, and see the show you work! It’s a great activity for families, friends and singles. The Herberger Theater Center is open year-round, and I train new volunteers one Saturday morning each month. Come join us! Training dates for the 2007-2008 season: Aug. 4, Sept. 8, Oct. 6, Nov. 3, Dec. 1, Jan. 12, Feb. 2, Mar. 1, Apr. 5, May 3, June 7, July 12, Aug. 2.
